How sourcing from BEN-YA works — quotes, ordering, quality and shipping. Can't find your answer? Ask our team →
01 About BEN-YA
What does BEN-YA Industrial do?
We're your one-stop solution for aftermarket engine and spare parts, based in Taiwan since 1986. We connect overseas importers and distributors with a large, vetted network of proven factories across Taiwan and China — one supplier, one point of contact, for your whole parts list.
Do you source or manufacture the parts?
We're a sourcing partner: for the catalogue, we bring parts from a vetted network of proven factories across Taiwan and China. The value is one supplier and one point of contact for your whole parts list — rather than you juggling makers and vendors yourself.
Do you hold stock?
We keep our range broad rather than sitting on dead stock — orders are fulfilled through our factory network to your requirement. That keeps supply current and lets us quote to your exact specification, quantity and target market.
02 Finding parts
How do I look up a part or check coverage?
Browse PartsHub, our public catalogue — 45K+ parts across 45+ vehicle and engine brands, with OEM and cross-reference numbers. Start from our Products page to jump straight to a brand, or search all parts at once.
Which brands and applications do you cover?
Coverage spans five machine families — passenger cars, trucks & commercial vehicles, agricultural machinery, construction & earth-moving, and marine — across major engine platforms. You'll find 45+ makes on PartsHub, from Caterpillar and Cummins to Toyota, Isuzu, Volvo and more.
I only have an OEM or competitor part number — can you still help?
Yes. That's exactly what our cross-referencing is for. Enter an OEM or competitor number on PartsHub's search, or send it with your enquiry and we'll identify the right equivalent for you.
03 Quotes & ordering
How do I request a quote?
Use our Request a Quote form. To get an accurate reply fastest, include: the OEM or cross-reference number(s), the brand or engine, the quantity, your target market, and any preference on currency, incoterm or material. A representative usually responds within one business day.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the part and the supplier — some items carry a minimum, others don't. Tell us the part and quantity you have in mind and we'll advise what's workable in your quotation.
What are your lead times?
Because parts are produced to your requirement, lead time varies by part, quantity and season. We confirm a realistic timeline with every quotation rather than quoting a blanket figure.
Can I request samples?
Sample requests are handled case by case — mention what you'd like to evaluate in your enquiry and our team will let you know the options.
04 Quality & shipping
How do you keep quality consistent?
Quality starts with the factories. We work with proven suppliers we've trusted for years across Taiwan and China, so consistency is built in at the source — not caught at the last minute. Four decades of those relationships are the real quality control behind every order.
Which countries do you ship to?
We export to 80+ countries across seven regions — Europe, Asia, Africa, the Middle East, the Americas and Oceania. If you don't see your market represented, ask us; the map on our home page shows where we already ship.
What about shipping terms and payment?
We work with the common international incoterms and confirm the specifics — terms, currency and documentation — as part of each quotation, matched to your order and destination. Share your preference in your enquiry and we'll build the quote around it.
Which languages can I deal with you in?
English is our working language, and this site is also available in Spanish, Chinese, French, German, Arabic and Turkish. Reach us any time at salesdepartment@benyaind.com.
Still have a question?
Send it along with any part numbers — we'd rather answer directly than have you guess.
